Appointed by the Shareholders’ Meeting, the Board of Directors is the collegial body responsible for the management of the Company.
The current Board of Directors, composed of 11 members, was appointed by the Shareholders' Meeting of 16 January 2023 and shall remain in office until the approval of the 2025 financial statements.
